Renowned for his haunting lead performances in Neumeier’s The Lady of the Camellias and Cranko’s Onegin, Martí Paixà will have the chance to tackle a role familiar to ballet audiences with a fresh approach. In John Cranko’s version of Swan Lake, Prince Siegfried becomes a more three-dimensional character and Paixà is ready to take on the physical and acting challenges of this iconic role.
Paixá will be partnering with the brilliant Mackenzie Brown, who was recently promoted to Principal Dancer at the Stuttgart Ballet. Brown thrilled audiences when she danced with Martí in Romeo and Juliet, and her Odette/Odile promises to be nothing short of extraordinary. Together, they will transport audiences to the enchanting world of Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece, weaving a tale of love and betrayal through their exquisite artistry.
